  1. Return Eligibility

You can return all eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the given criteria:

  • The item(s) must not be used, and they should be in their original packaging, and with all the tags still attached.
  • The item(s) must also show no signs of wear, damage or any alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Custom-made/personalized products.
  • Items designated to be final sale.
  • How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow the give steps:

  • Receive Instructions: After your email, our support team will reach out to you and send detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
  • Prepare your Package: Carefully pack your item(s) to ensure that they are protected from any damages during shipping.
  • Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: Customers must pay the return shipping charges unless the return has taken place due to the fault and error from our part. For example: In the case of defective items or incorrect orders.
  • Original Shipping Fees/Initial Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Procedure

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you about the status of your refund. If it is approved your refund will be issued to you through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your return is not approved due to incompliance with our policies, we will reach out with further details and arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense.

  • Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item using the steps given above and place a new order for the wanted item.
